2. Service Descriptions
Crystal Clear Auto Glass provides auto glass repair and replacement services for recreational vehicles (RVs), including but not limited to windshield replacement, window repair, and sealant services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be subject to adjustment upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Actual service costs may vary based on conditions discovered during service.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Customers are expected to keep scheduled appointments. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee. If we are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we will provide notice as early as possible and offer alternative scheduling.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For insurance claims, we can coordinate directly with your insurance company; however, you remain responsible for any deductible or amounts not covered by insurance.
6. Warranties
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship on all windshield replacements for the lifetime of the vehicle. If you experience any issues related to our installation work, we will repair or replace the defective work at no charge.
Glass Warranty
Replacement glass is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, typically one year from date of installation. This warranty covers defects in the glass itself, not damage from impact, accidents, or misuse.
Sealant Work Warranty
Our sealant and leak repair services are warranted for 12 months from the date of service. This warranty covers our application work and materials used.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their vehicle and service needs
- Ensuring accessible parking and working conditions for service vehicles
- Removing personal belongings from the work area
- Informing us of any known issues or special requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
Crystal Clear Auto Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of our services or website.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crystal Clear Auto Glass or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
