1. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Personal checks (with valid ID)
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Financing options (for qualifying purchases)
2. Service Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. We strive to provide accurate pricing, but final costs may vary if:
- Additional damage is discovered during service
- Different parts or materials are required
- Service requirements change based on customer input
We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work. Your approval is required for any work that exceeds the original quote by more than 10%.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while acknowledging the time and resources we commit to scheduled appointments:
- More than 24 hours' notice: No charge. You may reschedule without penalty.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: A $50 service fee may apply to cover our costs.
- No-show (no notice): A $100 service fee may apply.
Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as early as possible. In the rare event that we cannot honor a scheduled appointment, you will not be charged and will receive priority scheduling for your next available slot.
4. Refund Policy
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service so we can address your concerns. We will:
- Evaluate your concerns promptly
- Return to inspect and correct any workmanship issues at no charge
- Work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution
Parts and Materials
Once glass and parts have been installed, they cannot be returned for refund due to the custom nature of auto glass. If a part is defective, we will coordinate with the manufacturer for replacement under warranty.
Prepaid Services
If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been rendered:
- More than 48 hours before scheduled date: Full refund available
- Less than 48 hours before scheduled date: Refund minus any non-refundable deposit
- After service completion: Refunds only available for documented workmanship issues
Insurance Claims
For services paid through insurance:
- Customer is responsible for any deductible
- Refunds will be processed according to the insurance company's timeline
- Any overpayment by insurance will be refunded to the customer or insurance company as appropriate
5. Warranty-Related Refunds
If a warranty claim is approved for defective materials or workmanship:
- Repairs will be made at no additional cost
- If replacement is necessary, the original payment method will be refunded and re-billed for the replacement
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period

Please have your service invoice or receipt available when contacting us. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
7. Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve a payment or refund concern to your satisfaction, we encourage open dialogue to find a mutually acceptable solution. For unresolved disputes, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
